Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with serviceappointments.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
Hours of operation will be 8:30am - 8pm with rotating Saturday shift, shift hours will vary
At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Team player with collaborative attitude
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills
Must have a valid driver's license
Willing to submit to a background check
Call center experience a plus
Dealership experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
