As a Technical Instructional Designer 4, you will be part of the GCX Strategic Programs supporting global escalation management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision‑making skills, creative problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for designing impactful learning experiences that influence behavior and judgment in high‑stakes environments.

What’s the Job?
Design and scale global learning programs focused on Field Support Escalation Management, emphasizing decision‑making, judgment, and escalation readiness.
Create engaging, scalable online training content that supports continuous team readiness and effective response during complex escalation scenarios.
Translate escalation principles and real‑world scenarios into compelling, behavior‑changing learning experiences using scenario‑based design and agentic approaches.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify escalation intent, decision points, and challenges, ensuring learning content aligns with global needs and audience diversity.
Manage content development, storyboarding, scripting, and delivery, incorporating stakeholder feedback to optimize learning impact and scalability.
What’s Needed?
7+ years of experience in scenario‑based instructional design, focusing on decision‑making and judgment in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.
5+ years of experience creating scripts, storyboards, videos, and interactive content using instructional design tools and video editing software.
Proven ability to develop and deliver global learning programs, collaborating closely with stakeholders and iterating based on feedback.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning assets.
Interest or familiarity with agentic learning approaches, AI‑assisted scenarios, and adaptive learning strategies.
