Design and develop scenario-based learning experiences for effective decision-making during complex escalation situations Translate real-world challenges into structured learning goals and curriculum architecture Build scalable online learning programs that ensure continuous readiness across global teams Create engaging learning content, including storyboards, scripts, videos, and interactive training modules Partner with program leads and subject matter experts to refine learning scenarios based on insights and feedback What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in instructional design, focusing on decision-making and judgment skills Strong experience in creating scenario-based learning for complex environments Proficiency in designing digital learning content such as interactive modules and scripts Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, human-centered learning experiences Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple learning deliverables and timelines How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
