CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Inbound Call Center Representative candidates in the Covington, GA area. Coworx is looking for Customer Service Representatives with the ability to professionally present complex information in an understandable and concise format. Troubleshoot and diagnose device service issues via phone. Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to end users concerns, empathizing with their situation, and providing clear and concise solutions to meet their needs. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support requests, including steps taken and resolutions provided, using our ticketing system. Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and technical knowledge, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Assist end users in understanding basic IT concepts, such as software installations, password resets, and system configurations. Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, ensuring a high level of service delivery that exceeds expectations. Desired Background/Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical individuals. Experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with a positive attitude. A flexible mindset that allows you to adapt to different client needs, technological environments, and changing priorities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
