In this role, you are the final checkpoint before our products reach the customer. Your daily tasks will include: Organize & Sort:
Sort hardware parts by size, type, and specification to ensure everything is in its right place. Verify Accuracy:
Count and verify quantities against work ordersprecision is key! Kit Assembly:
Package components into bags, boxes, or custom kits and use heat sealers, scales, and label printers. Quality Control:
Inspect parts for any defects or damage before they are sealed and labeled. Inventory Support:
Help maintain a clean workstation and assist with stock replenishment to keep production moving. Qualifications

ex: High School Diploma or equivalent ] Skills:
Strong basic math skills and the ability to count accurately. Physical Ability:
Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting between 2550 lbs. Mindset:
Highly organized, able to work independently, and a great team player. Experience:
Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus, but a great attitude and attention to detail are most important! Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
