What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple restaurant locations with a focus on excellence in people, performance, and profitability.
• Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant managers to achieve outstanding results.
• Build a culture of teamwork and accountability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent across your market.
• Communicate effectively with team members and business partners at all levels.
• Set high standards and model integrity, energy, and a passion for people.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.
• A genuine desire to create a great place to work for your teams and an excellent experience for your guests.
• A proven ability to inspire, lead, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to travel between locations.
• Must be at least 18 years old .
