This position combines outside sales, customer relationship development, and hands-on experience in parts operations. The role focuses on building relationships with fleet customers, identifying service and parts opportunities, and supporting inventory management and delivery operations. The position provides exposure to multiple business units including Fleet Trust Parts (FTP), Kerry Brothers Truck Repair (KBTR), and Kerry Leasing. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in fleet services, sales, and operations. Key Responsibilities Sales Development Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to fleet operators, trucking companies, and municipalities. Develop new customer relationships for fleet repair, parts, and vehicle sales. Generate new service work for Kerry Brothers Truck Repair locations. Identify opportunities to sell used trucks and fleet equipment through Kerry Leasing. Introduce customers to Fleet Trust Parts as a reliable parts supplier. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet managers and business owners. Serve as a trusted advisor for fleet maintenance and parts needs. Follow up on service quotes, parts orders, and vehicle sales opportunities. Parts Sales & Inventory Support Assist with parts inventory management for Fleet Trust Parts. Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory areas. Pick, pack, and deliver parts to customer locations and service facilities. Assist customers at the parts counter when needed. Delivery & Logistics Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers and company locations. Maintain a professional presence while representing the company in the field. Market Development Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories. Gather competitive intelligence and market insights. Support growth initiatives across all divisions. Skills & Qualifications Required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable interacting with customers Valid drivers license and clean driving record Ability to lift and move parts inventory Preferred Interest in trucking, diesel equipment, or automotive industry Sales or customer service experience Mechanical aptitude Compensation & Benefits Compensation Structure Base salary plus commission incentives Commission opportunities on: Benefits Company vehicle for work use Company phone Health benefits Paid time off 401k retirement plan Career Path Opportunities This position is designed as a career development role within the organization. Potential advancement opportunities include: Outside Sales Representative Fleet Account Manager Parts Sales Manager Service Advisor Regional Sales Manager Business Development Manager High performers will have opportunities to grow into leadership positions as the company expands across new markets. Culture & Expectations At Kerry Brothers, we believe in: Integrity in our work Excellence in customer service Reliability in everything we do Continuous growth and development Supporting our team like family We are looking for individuals who are motivated, hardworking, and excited to grow with a company that is rapidly expanding its footprint across the fleet services industry. Parts sales Service work generated Vehicle sales referrals
