Responsibilities
Lead and manage field crews and subcontractors for efficient daily operations.
Oversee activities and performance of sub-subcontractors.
Coordinate with Project Manager and General Superintendent for project progress and success.
Attend client meetings to ensure work aligns with Contract Documents.
Plan and optimize schedules for crew, equipment, and materials.
Develop contingency plans for potential delays or disruptions.
Communicate daily with Project Managers and General Superintendent.
Submit daily reports, including production unit tracking and time updates.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Enforce company policies across all jobsite activities.

Work Environment As a Superintendent, the primary work environment is onsite in the field. There is typically a trailer setup with office space for administrative tasks. The role requires traveling between job-sites throughout the week, with mileage compensation provided for travel exceeding 60 miles from site to site.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
