Superintendent and Senior Superintendent
to lead impactful projects across the Washington, DC metro area. This is an opportunity to join a well-established builder known for delivering excellence across

What You’ll Do:
Lead field operations from preconstruction through project closeout
Oversee large-scale commercial ground-up builds and complex renovations ($1M–$30M+)
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
Utilize construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) to drive efficiency and communication
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on commercial new construction and renovation projects
Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Willingness to travel within the DMV region as project demands require
