Role Description

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Customer Support and resolving inquiries and complaints effectively Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is an asset
