Job Requirements
College graduate of any four-year course
At least 1 year of experience in sales
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication, listening, and presentation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities Sales and Business Development
Learn and understand the company’s products, applications, and market landscape.
Source and identify potential customers through calls, research, and field visits.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
Prepare and submit sales proposals and required documents.
Follow up with prospects and negotiate to secure purchase orders or sales agreements.
Prepare eligibility, accreditation, and credit application documents for customers.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding delivery, installation, and training arrangements.
Accompany technical or distribution teams when needed to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor electronic procurement systems for government bidding opportunities.
Prepare and submit sales reports such as itinerary reports, territory updates, and sales forecasts.
Maintain organized records of prospects, proposals, and customer information.
Customer Relationship Management
Respond to inquiries from prospects and existing customers.
Maintain strong business relationships with clients.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Other Responsibilities
Participate in sales meetings, planning sessions, and marketing events such as trade shows.
Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.
Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
