Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales activation specialists to meet and exceed quotas Develop and implement strategies for successful plan launches in alignment with business goals Monitor onboarding pipelines and manage pre-launch churn to ensure process adherence Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer escalations and improve onboarding experiences Identify performance gaps and implement coaching and process improvements What is Required (Qualifications)

3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role in Sales, Implementation, or related fields Proven success in a quota-driven environment Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design or ability to quickly develop expertise Highly data-driven with experience in pipeline management and performance coaching Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
