We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Entry-Level Regional Sales Representative
to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in sales. Previous sales experience is
not required
— we provide training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and representing our products/services within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned region Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Develop deep technical knowledge of a variety of insulation types, especially spray foam, including R-values, density, and structural benefits and application techniques and best practices Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop territory strategies Follow up on leads provided by marketing or management Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Sales experience is a plus but
not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in building science is a plus Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, Google Workspace) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region What We Offer
