JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing insurance and benefits firm for an Account Manager to join their team. This role focuses on managing the day-to-day service needs of small- to mid-sized business clients, supporting employee benefits administration, claims advocacy, and renewal processes, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. You will report directly to the Head of Benefits and play a key role in supporting the firm’s client service operations. This position follows a 5-day in-office schedule in Red Bank, NJ. The role offers a base salary of $65,000 – $75,000 and the opportunity for equity. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client service for employee benefits programs, acting as the primary point of contact for small business owners and HR leaders. Oversee benefits administration processes, including enrollments, policy updates, and plan changes, while ensuring accurate data entry and record maintenance. Support clients with billing inquiries and claims issues, coordinating with carriers to help resolve matters efficiently. Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with employee benefits, ideally supporting small- to mid-sized groups. Active Health & Life Insurance Producer License is preferred; candidates without a license will have the opportunity to obtain one. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
