Commercial Lines Account Manager

JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing insurance and advisory firm for an Account Manager to join their team. This role focuses on managing the day-to-day service needs of small- to mid-sized business clients, supporting policy administration, claims coordination, and renewal processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. You will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in supporting the firm’s client service operations. This position follows a 5-day in-office schedule in Red Bank, NJ. The role offers a base salary of $65,000 – $85,000 and the opportunity for equity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client service for commercial insurance programs, acting as the primary point of contact for business owners and company leadership.
Support policy administration including applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy updates while maintaining accurate records.
Assist clients with claims inquiries and coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and brokers to help facilitate resolution.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience working within an insurance brokerage or carrier environment.
Experience supporting policy administration, renewals, and client servicing within commercial insurance.
Active P&C Insurance Producer License preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
