What You’ll Do
Proactively reach out to prospects and current customers to identify coverage gaps
Generate new business across auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance
Cross-sell and upsell within the existing book of business
Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and referrals
Drive agency growth by hitting monthly and quarterly production goals
Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a strong sales mindset
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and closing skills
Natural ability to build rapport and influence decisions
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Coachable and eager to grow professionally
Licensing Requirements Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license at minimum prior to their Day 1 start date.
Life & Health licensing is required for the role. If not currently licensed in Life & Health, you must obtain it within an agreed-upon timeframe.
We provide full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance to help you successfully complete any required licensing.
