Our client in the advertising industry is seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving net‑new revenue by identifying, prospecting, and engaging high‑value opportunities across key vertical markets. This role leads the full sales cycle—from generating targeted leads and building a qualified pipeline to delivering compelling solution presentations and closing new logos. The Business Development Executive will leverage data‑driven marketing technology to craft tailored proposals that address client needs and achieve quarterly revenue goals. Once deals are closed, the role ensures a seamless transition to the Client Services team with thorough documentation and account insights. Success in this position requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. This role will be onsite in Coral Springs for the first 90 days then transition to a hybrid schedule. Base salary for this role is $60,000/yr with uncapped commission opportunity to reach $100,000+ in their first year.

Required Skills and Experience

At least 1 year of experience in outside sales including cold calling and prospecting

Bachelor's Degree

Hunter mentality and strong relationship building skills
