Implementation Operations Specialist (Bilingual in Mandarin)

Assist in establishing and improving the safety management system, and ensure on-site implementation in accordance with relevant safety regulations and requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, follow up on corrective actions, and establish a closed-loop issue management process.
Assist in organizing and maintaining various safety documents, training records, inspection reports, and permit-related materials.
Assist in coordinating and communicating with local government authorities during inspections.
Support the organization of safety training programs, such as forklift safety, fire safety training, and emergency drills.
Participate in investigations of incidents and near misses, and assist in completing analysis reports and developing preventive measures.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields are preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience in on-site management, lean improvement, or safety management within the logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries. Familiarity with on-site improvement methods, lean management tools, and fundamental safety management concepts. Knowledge of warehouse safety management requirements and relevant regulations/standards is preferred. Strong written and verbal in Mandarin and English communication skills, with a willingness to travel domestically on an irregular basis. Experience in building an in-house EHS safety management system is preferred.
