Senior Marketing Specialist

Lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including: Trade Shows & Events Marketing Content & Collateral Digital Marketing & Website Management Content & Demand Generation Brand Strategy & Analytics Vendor Management & Budget Oversight Internal & Customer Communications Trade Shows & Events

Plan and manage all pre-show, onsite, and post-show activities Coordinate booth design, logistics, and promotional materials Maximize ROI through targeted campaigns and lead-generation efforts Marketing Content & Collateral

Develop and update brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales tools Ensure brand alignment across all marketing materials Digital Marketing & Website Management

Manage and update website content; optimize for SEO and user experience Lead social media strategy and engagement (LinkedIn and other platforms) Create digital campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads Content & Demand Generation

Write blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and thought-leadership content Partner with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals Support email marketing and automated workflows Brand Strategy & Analytics

Maintain consistent brand messaging across channels Conduct market research and competitive analysis Deliver insights and performance analytics to guide decision-making Vendor Management & Budget Oversight

Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies Manage budgets for trade shows, advertising, and campaigns Internal & Customer Communications

Support internal branding and employee engagement initiatives Gather customer testimonials and develop case studies What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing or industrial markets Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, data-driven, and committed to quality Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Physical & Travel Requirements

Ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. (and rarely up to 50 lbs.)
