Job Details The Account Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding key customer relationships in domestic markets. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a fast‑pace environment, understands the cultural nuances of commerce, and can deliver strategic solutions that drive revenue and long‑term customer loyalty.

Shift: 1st shift Days: Monday‑Friday

Job Requirements

Partner with Operations, Pricing, and Sales teams to develop competitive solutions that meet customer requirements and support program wins.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer program and engineering teams to identify opportunities and drive early engagement.

Track leads and manage pipeline data throughout the capture lifecycle to support reporting and decision‑making.

Align closely with Account Managers and Sales to assess customer activity, competitive positioning, and price‑to‑win strategies.

Lead or support capture management activities, including bid/no‑bid reviews and cross‑functional execution, to improve win rates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.

Five to seven years industry experience within aerospace defense environments.

Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop effective capture strategies.

Strong understanding of defense customers, programs, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Excellent communication skills with cross‑functional collaboration and self‑starting mindset.

The role requires travel up to 50% of the time, primarily across North America and occasionally to Europe and Asia.
