The Office Administrator will manage incoming calls, assist customers with container orders, process payments, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and thrives in a fast‑paced service environment.

West Jordan

Monday–Friday | 7 AM – 12/1 PM

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

Assist customers with container orders and scheduling

Process customer payments accurately

Follow up with customers as needed

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Support general office and administrative duties

Coordinate internally with operations as needed

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized and dependable

Comfortable handling payments and basic administrative tasks

Professional phone demeanor

Reliable transportation

Punctual and consistent attendance required

Prior office or logistics experience preferred (but not required)

Must be proficient with multiple pieces of software, managing multiple email accounts, and knowledgeable in Excel and Google Sheets.
