Mortgage Servicing Department . We are looking for a motivated, organized professional who excels at managing complex, time-sensitive tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys, homeowners, vendors, and the members of the public while representing

Salary & Benefits The
Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Specialist
position pays between
$45,677 and $59,749
annually, based on education and experience. UHC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes employer contributions to Utah Retirement Systems (URS), PEHP traditional health plans, and a high-deductible health plan with HSA contributions. Additional benefits include dental and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, group term life and accident insurance, and retirement options including 401(k), 457, IRA, and Roth IRA plans. Employees also enjoy an onsite fitness center, a 1.6-mile walking path, 30 minutes of paid daily exercise, and a convenient onsite market, all within a supportive, coaching-oriented environment.
Responsibilities As our
Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Specialist , you will take on a critical role in the foreclosure and bankruptcy processes by ensuring timelines are met, documentation is complete, and regulations are strictly followed. Responsibilities include managing foreclosure files, documenting communications, and maintaining compliance with FHA, FNMA, and VA guidelines. You will provide direct customer service by responding to calls, conducting weekly outreach to borrowers, coordinating property inspections, resolving title issues, and working with attorneys to keep everything running smoothly.
Qualifications The ideal candidate for our
Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Specialist
role will have a BS or BA in Business, Finance, or a related field, although relevant experience may be considered. A high school diploma or GED is required along with at least one year of experience in mortgage servicing, bankruptcy, or foreclosure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of the mortgage industry, and strong communication skills are essential. The successful candidate is a team-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
