This role is pivotal in managing and growing our key client accounts across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, client management, and data-driven performance analysis.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts across various sectors. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver measurable results. Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and service offerings that drive engagement and growth for clients. Create integrated digital marketing plans that optimize channel mix based on client objectives and target audiences. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to provide clients with innovative solutions. Conduct Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) analysis to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness across channels. Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and deliver actionable insights to clients. Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior account managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Lead strategic planning sessions with internal teams and clients to align on objectives and KPIs. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at a marketing agency or similar environment. Proven expertise in multi-channel digital marketing strategy development and implementation. Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and other advanced analytics methodologies. Strong understanding of attribution models and their application to marketing strategy. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex client challenges. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 30/60/90 Day Plan:

Begin taking partial ownership of 3-5 clients with a senior strategist supervising Run sections of client calls, prepare agendas, and own follow-ups Lead smaller deliverables independently (audits, forecasts, competitor scans, CRO notes) 90 Days-
