Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm (10/12 hour shifts) Saturday & Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm Holiday availability required. Week 1: Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Week 2: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm Bloomington West Urgent Care: South Liberty Drive Key responsibilities include: Register patients and verify demographic information. Provide support and assistance to patients in the waiting area. Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email. Determine appropriate resolution methods in alignment with patient needs and organizational guidelines. Coordinate escalated issues with other departments as needed. Collect patient personal and billing information for database entry and scheduling. Preferred qualifications include: Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and initiative. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently within three months. Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is preferred. Requirements include: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to type at least 30 words per minute. Working knowledge of computers.
