Senior User Support Specialist/User Trainer
Location: Chattanooga, TN

Seeking for a Senior User Support Specialist/User Trainer and help us deliver exceptional user support and training for our major applications. This role is essential in setting up and operating end-user support programs and establishing training for complex applications.
Day-to-day Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and operating end-user support programs for major applications. Establish user training programs, especially for complex applications and office automation tools. Develop training course outlines and agendas. Organize, prepare, schedule, and conduct training sessions. Deliver user-level training for specific databases/software. Train audiences including attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Perform help desk functions and provide Tier I and Tier II support. Manage user accounts and access controls using Active Directory. Perform patch management and ensure compliance with security controls. Support backup, disaster recovery, and continuity of operations. Provide technical support for trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. Required Skills:
At least 2 years of experience teaching/training users on computer applications. At least 1 year of experience with the specific applications being supported. Hands-on familiarity with network, telecommunications, and operating systems. Expert user of Government word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Education:
Undergraduate degree (strongly preferred)
