Senior User Support Specialist/User Trainer
Location: Knoxville, TN
Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities: Report to Help Desk Supervisor/Senior User Trainer or Application Manager. Set up and operate end-user support programs for major applications. Establish training programs for complex applications and office automation tools. Develop training course outlines and agendas. Organize and conduct training sessions for various audiences, including legal professionals and staff. Prepare training materials and logistics. Perform help desk functions and provide Tier I and Tier II support. Configure and support Microsoft 365 and other enterprise software. Manage user accounts and access controls. Administer Windows Server environments and perform patch management. Support backup, disaster recovery, and COOP initiatives. Provide technical support for trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. Required Skills:
At least 2 years of experience teaching/training users on computer applications. At least 1 year of experience with specific applications being supported. Supervisory experience is helpful. Hands-on familiarity with network, telecommunications, and operating systems. Experience with office automation environments is extremely helpful. Expert user of Government word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education:
Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
