Position Overview
The Bio Dude Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Part-Time / Temporary Order Fulfillment Specialist
to support warehouse operations. This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
Accurately pick products using packing slips. Double-check items to ensure order accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary. Safely and securely package orders according to company guidelines. Select appropriate packing materials to protect products during shipment. Verify product labels and shipping documentation for accuracy. Order Processing & Quality Control
Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and any special instructions. Communicate with customer care regarding order issues or discrepancies. Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to inventory specialists. Shipping & Documentation
Prepare orders for shipment with correct weights and measurements. Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation. Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area. Follow safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free workspace. General Duties
Maintain a team-oriented and organized work environment. Follow company policies, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines. Adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards. Accurately record time using the designated system. Assist with tracking inventory discrepancies and order issues when needed. Required Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Dependable work ethic and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. Problem-solving skills to address order discrepancies. Strong time management and organizational skills. Manual dexterity for handling packaging and documentation. Technology Skills
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox Inventory software experience preferred, including SKULabs Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is based in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. The role requires frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds, as well as bending, reaching, and prolonged standing. Qualifications
