As a Senior Designer, you’ll shape digital experiences that influence consumer behavior through strong ideas, craft, and interaction. You lead with hands‑on design expertise, helping define visual direction, interaction patterns, and high‑quality interfaces across devices. You take ownership of projects with guidance from design leadership, collaborate closely with UX partners on journeys and prototypes, and consistently deliver polished, implementation‑ready work. Whether focused on a flagship client or multiple accounts, you set a high craft standard and support junior designers through mentorship and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality digital design from concept through launch Contribute to visual direction and interaction patterns Create best‑in‑class interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile Collaborate with UX on journeys, wireframes, and prototypes Produce implementation‑ready assets and support visual QA Manage workload across projects and timelines Communicate ideas clearly and present work with confidence Partner cross‑functionally with product, tech, and client teams Mentor junior designers and contribute to team craft Stay current with emerging tools and design practices Qualifications Senior‑level digital design experience in an agency or similar environment Strong craft across web and mobile interfaces Experience delivering campaigns, websites, and digital products Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma Preferred Award‑recognised or standout portfolio work Integrated campaign experience Exposure to global markets Participation in pitches or new‑business efforts #J-18808-Ljbffr
