Ross Stores - 82154 Highway 111 - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.; Greet customers warmly and provide courteous service to deter theft and enhance customer experience.; Monitor for potential theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss prevention practices.; Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention directives to minimize operational shortage.
