Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft.; Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating with store leadership.; Minimizes operational shortage by training and educating associates on shortage reduction initiatives.; Develops partnerships and collaborates with store leadership and Loss Prevention.; Performs other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
