Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure a safe environment.; Monitors for potential theft indicators and communicates findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Mitigates theft and fraud by following company policies and loss prevention directives.; Minimizes operational shortage by training and educating associates on shortage reduction initiatives and ensuring proper checkout procedures.
