Job Description: Develop and manage relationships with business clients to identify workforce needs. Promote staffing solutions and services to new and existing clients. Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates. Manage client accounts and maintain consistent communication. Meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth. Track client interactions and sales activity in internal systems.
