Live Tinted is seeking a strategic and hands-on Fractional HR Manager to support our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in founder-led, high-growth environments and can balance people strategy with operational execution. This role will partner closely with our founders and leadership team to strengthen our people foundation as we scale across retail and DTC channels. What You’ll Own

Performance & Talent Strategy

Lead recruitment for all open roles and support a streamlined recruitment process Support and execute annual review cycles (self, peer, upward, manager feedback) Coach managers through feedback, development conversations, and organizational changes People Operations & Compliance

Oversee core HR operations including employee relations, performance management cycles, onboarding, offboarding, and policy development & recruitment Ensure compliance with California labor laws and multi-state employment requirements Manage documentation, employee files, and HRIS systems with Finance team Culture & Engagement

Maintain and help evolve Live Tinted’s culture as we scale Lead engagement initiatives and survey analysis to drive retention and team health Support planning and execution of leadership and team offsites and key internal communications Office & Workplace Management

Serve as point person for LA office operations and incoming requests Manage vendor relationships as needed (cleaning, supplies, facilities, mail, etc.) Coordinate office logistics including seating, onboarding setup, and shared space organization as needed Ensure the office environment reflects Live Tinted’s brand and supports productivity What We’re Looking For

4-5 years of HR experience, ideally within high-growth CPG, beauty, or consumer brands Experience supporting 20+ employee organizations Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically Excellent communication and discretion Location & Structure

LA-based (hybrid; in-office presence required 1–2 days per week) Fractional/ Contract engagement
