Marketing Assistance for LPO Managers (LPOs) & Business Development Officers (BDOs)
Assist SBA Regional Marketing Manager & BDOs around the nation
Help them with their file organizations
Support them for their marketing activities
Providing communication line in between Senior Managements/National Marketing Director & LPOs/BDOs
Analytical functions
Review documents from LPO/BDO’s clients
Prepare Cash‑Flow analysis
Prepare Pre‑Discussion Memo
Communication between Loan Officers and Clients/LPOs & BDOs
Administrative functions
Supply order / purchases
Electronic filing (shared drive)
Marketing material distribution and management
Invoices and payments
Expense management through Concur
Comply with the Bank’s security program, including but not limited to:
Review and comply with the End‑user Computing Agreement
Acquire good knowledge on functions and usage of computer systems as related to the assigned job functions.
Be current and knowledgeable on industry’s trend in safeguarding the Bank against confidential data leak, identity theft, fraudulent activities, and computer security threats.
Report suspicious activities to manager, Chief Risk Officer or Information Security Officer.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Credentials
Minimum Education Level: Minimum of High School Graduate or Equivalent
Prior Experience
Minimum Job Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of assistant functions
Technical Skills
Computer/software skills: Microsoft Office, Word, & Excel
Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Preferred: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
The salary range for this full-time position is $20.00 Hourly - $25.00 Hourly + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location
