As the Vertical Sales Executive – Healthcare (Building Automation), you are responsible for driving growth of Siemens’ building automation, digital controls, and energy solutions across healthcare environments where uptime, comfort, and compliance directly impact patient outcomes. You combine healthcare operational knowledge with automation and digital expertise to help customers optimize clinical environments, improve energy performance, and support digital transformation initiatives across the continuum of care. What you will do Build and maintain a strong pipeline of automation and digital opportunities within healthcare accounts Lead consultative discovery focused on patient comfort, system reliability, and operational efficiency Position Siemens automation solutions to support uptime, sustainability, and lifecycle performance Act as a trusted advisor to facilities, engineering, and executive stakeholders Expand digital and energy services within existing healthcare portfolios Collaborate closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful execution Utilize AI-enabled tools to refine sales strategies and improve success rates You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience selling building automation, controls, or digital building solutions Proven success selling complex technical solutions in healthcare or mission-critical environments Strong financial acumen and ability to sell value-based solutions Experience leading technical presentations and discovery workshops Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hospitals, health systems, or clinical facilities Knowledge of digital building platforms, analytics, and energy optimization Ready to create your own journey?

Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. Details regarding our benefits are available, and compensation for this position ranges from approximately $91,463 to $156,794 annually with an uncapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
