Role Overview As the Vertical Sales Executive - Healthcare (Electrical Services), you are responsible for growing the Electrical Services business across healthcare environments where comfort, and compliance directly impact patient outcomes. You combine
healthcare operational knowledge
with
electrical services expertise
to help customers optimize clinical environments, improve energy performance, and support digital transformation initiatives across the continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of electrical services opportunities within healthcare accounts
Utilize AI enabled tools to refine sales strategies and improve success rates
Collaborate closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
Expand digital and energy services within existing healthcare portfolios
Act as a trusted advisor to facilities, engineering, and executive stakeholders
Deliver on forecasted results consistently and be capable of identifying and qualifying power system study opportunities with follow-up remediation, electrical service projects focused on low (600 V) and medium voltage (5-38kV) for both greenfield and brownfield, electrical service agreements, and product refurbishment/retrofit/upgrade opportunities
Lead consultative discovery focused on patient comfort, system reliability, and operational efficiency to position Siemens as an industrial leader and preferred partner
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of sales experience with hospitals, health systems, or clinical facilities
Proven success selling complex technical solutions in healthcare or mission critical environments
Strong financial acumen and ability to sell value based solutions
Experience leading technical presentations and discovery workshops
Must be willing and available to travel 50% overnight for training and business development
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of and strong networking relationships within the local electrical market is strongly desired
Strong technical and commercial knowledge of electrical distribution equipment (120V-38,000V) systems and applications required, preferably within all previously mentioned targeted markets
Experience in other electrically focused industries such as Utility, Industrial, Distributor, or Contractor is a plus

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually plus an uncapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
