to oversee client accounts and support financial operations for a growing organization in Nashville. This

blends financial management, client support, and internal collaboration. Responsibilities
Manage assigned client or internal financial accounts, serving as the primary point of contact Oversee billing, invoicing, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness Monitor account activity, balances, and discrepancies; research and resolve issues Prepare financial reports and summaries for leadership and stakeholders Coordinate with accounting, AR/AP, and operations teams to ensure smooth financial processes Support month‑end close activities related to assigned accounts Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and client experience Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or account management Strong understanding of billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience working with accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Proficiency in Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Benefits
