is seeking a
B2B Marketing Manager
to support an implantable product portfolio. This individual will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, supporting commercial growth, and executing marketing initiatives that connect innovative healthcare solutions with providers and customers. This role works closely with
sales, product management, and executive leadership
to ensure marketing strategies align with broader organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Product & Marketing Strategy
Manage marketing strategy, positioning, and lifecycle performance for an assigned product line.
Align marketing initiatives with company objectives and evolving healthcare market trends.
Lead strategy and execution of
product launches, product updates, and related cross-functional initiatives .
Digital & Campaign Marketing
Develop and execute
B2B digital marketing campaigns , including email marketing programs designed to nurture leads and increase engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Create marketing content for email campaigns, presentations, and social channels.
Trade Shows & Events
Plan and manage
trade show participation and industry events , including logistics, booth design, lead generation strategies, and post-event follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Track campaign performance and report key metrics and KPIs to leadership.
Maintain CRM and marketing databases to support lead tracking and campaign reporting.
Ensure marketing materials and communications align with brand and compliance guidelines.
Market Intelligence
Conduct research on
industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning
to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field .
5+ years of B2B marketing experience , ideally within healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries.
Strong experience managing
trade shows, product marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns .
Hands-on experience with
CRM and marketing automation platforms
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
Proven ability to execute
email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies .
Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign performance and optimizing outcomes.
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a
growth-stage environment with evolving priorities .
