We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and lifecycle performance for a portfolio of B2B products. This role will drive product positioning, digital marketing campaigns, and industry event strategy while partnering closely with sales, product, and executive teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the marketing strategy and positioning for an assigned product line.

Lead product launch planning and execution, including cross-functional coordination.

Build and manage B2B digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and lead nurturing.

Plan and manage trade show and event marketing, including logistics, booth strategy, lead generation, and follow-up campaigns.

Track campaign performance and analyze marketing data to optimize ROI.

Create marketing content including email campaigns, presentations, trade show materials, and social media.

Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

Maintain and manage CRM and marketing databases, ensuring accurate campaign tracking and reporting.

Manage relationships with external vendors and marketing partners.

Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally including product marketing and trade show management.

Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).

Strong data analysis and campaign performance optimization skills.

Excellent project management, communication, and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable collaborating across sales, product, and executive teams.

Travel: Approximately 30% travel required for trade shows and industry events.
