Responsibilities

Serve as primary commercial and strategic liaison between the company and assigned Tier 1 customers. Own overall account strategy, including growth plans, forecasting, and long-term partnership development Drive new business awards by identifying opportunities, supporting technical approvals, and aligning Tier 1 needs with both OEM direction and internal capabilities. Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and program penetration at assigned Tier 1 customers Lead customer communication on assigned Tier 1 customers. Support executive reviews, customer business reviews and strategic planning sessions. Navigate Tier 1 customers organizational structures and decision-making processes to influence outcomes. Support the growth of OE Interior through business development at new and existing customers. Manage daily activities funneling into long term plans for each Tier 1 customer Initiate projects for product benchmarking-internal SW products and competitive analysis Attend & Support Tier 1 meetings with OEM’s. Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively managing risks, concerns, and corrective actions from both OEM and Tier 1. Support customer activities for upcoming program launches working both internally and with external resources.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.) Must have High School education or GED Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License Project management Sales Experience 5-10 years Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred: 4-year college degree is preferred Preferred: Masters in Business or relate technical field Knowledge of OEM Paint Knowledge of automotive coatings
