CrowdStrike is seeking a Partner Account Executive focused on growing SMB reach by recruiting and enabling channel partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role sells CrowdStrike products, systems and services through a focused set of partners in an assigned territory. You will apply in-depth technical knowledge to enable partners and work cross-functionally to drive partner recruitment and enablement. You will manage the full sales cycle for the assigned SMB quota; we seek candidates with strong sales acumen and a mission-oriented attitude. Role location : This role is a hybrid position in our
Austin
office (2-3 days per week). Language requirements : This role requires French AND English proficiency, as day-to-day conversations with customers and partners are conducted in French. Candidates must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing French. The role will support customers and partners across French-speaking countries in Canada. What You’ll Do Own the SMB sales quota in the assigned territory, driving opportunity creation, deal progression, and closure of new business through partners and MSPs.
Run a full partner-focused sales process from prospecting, recruitment, and enablement to partner-led deal closure within the SMB segment.
Work cross-functionally with distribution teams to identify and target strategic partners/MSPs for recruitment.
Collaborate with business development teams to support SMB-targeted programs and ensure partner success.
Own sales excellence in forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM tool opportunity management tied to the SMB quota.
Execute go-to-market strategy to identify incremental pipeline gains within whitespace accounts, focusing on recruitment of strategic channel partners and MSPs. Align with the sales ecosystem (Field Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Specialists, Marketing).
Document sales activity data in CRM/Marketing software in a timely manner.
Become an insider in the cybersecurity industry and an expert on CrowdStrike products.
Stay informed about CrowdStrike’s competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions compared to relevant competitors in the Next-Generation Endpoint market.
May require modified work hours to accommodate partners in other time zones, and occasional travel for partner meetings or industry events.
What You’ll Need Bachelors degree or relevant training and/or professional experience preferred.
1+ years cold calling into greenfield accounts, particularly in Tech, SaaS, or Security.
Passion for learning a new sales methodology and managing opportunities from discovery to close.
Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
100% fluency in English AND French (written & verbal).
