Role Overview Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer (CPG / Consumer Brand) to support brand growth, product launches, and marketing initiatives through high-quality visual design.

This role will focus on creating compelling visual assets across packaging, digital marketing, product campaigns, and social media content. The designer will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to bring new products to market and ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and independent creative thinker who can execute strong design work while also contributing ideas that help the brand communicate more effectively with consumers.

Responsibilities Brand & Visual Design

Create and maintain visual assets that align with the brand’s identity and design guidelines

Support the development and refinement of brand guidelines, including typography, color systems, and layout standards

Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels and consumer touchpoints

Product Launch & CPG Design

Design assets for new product launches including packaging visuals, promotional graphics, and campaign materials

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support the launch of new SKUs

Develop visual concepts that clearly communicate product features and benefits

3D Rendering & Product Visualization

Create

3D product renderings and mockups

for marketing campaigns and product launches

Produce realistic product visuals for websites, social media, and advertising

Support product visualization needs for packaging concepts and retail materials

Marketing & Social Content

Design graphics for

social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives

Create educational and marketing content that helps consumers better understand the product

Develop visuals that simplify technical product details and consumer questions

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to execute creative campaigns and initiatives

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and brand consistency

Take ownership of projects from concept development through final delivery

Who You Are

A creative designer who enjoys working with

consumer brands and product-focused marketing

A proactive and independent professional who can manage projects with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented and capable of producing

production-ready design assets

A collaborative partner who communicates clearly with cross-functional teams

Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

3–5 years of experience

in graphic design

Strong portfolio demonstrating work across

product marketing, packaging, and digital design

Experience working with

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

brands is strongly preferred

Advanced proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop ; experience with

Illustrator and other design tools

is a plus

Experience creating

3D product renderings or product mockups

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready design files

Skills & Traits

Proactive and self-directed; able to work independently

Strong visual storytelling and design instincts

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills

Interest in consumer products and emerging industries

Compensation & Work Setup

Location:

Remote (Latin America)

Compensation:

$2,000 – $3,000 USD per month
