Role Overview Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the execution of brand and trade marketing initiatives that increase sales velocity, retailer adoption, and consumer awareness .
This role translates marketing strategy into actionable campaigns and programs. The Marketing Manager will oversee campaign execution, manage marketing calendars and budgets, and coordinate closely with Sales, Creative, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure all initiatives launch successfully and deliver measurable impact.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels
Coordinate campaign messaging, timelines, asset requirements, and launch readiness
Manage seasonal promotions, discounts, and product drop activations
Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and align with business objectives
Trade Marketing & Retail Support Develop retailer marketing toolkits including sell sheets, signage, menus, demo assets, and training collateral
Coordinate in-store promotions, budtender education programs, and product demos
Partner with the Sales team to prioritize key retail accounts and tailor marketing support
Support initiatives that improve retailer engagement and product visibility
Content & Channel Management Manage social media calendars, email campaigns, SMS marketing, and website updates
Coordinate content production with Creative teams, including photography, video, graphics, and copywriting
Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all consumer and retailer touchpoints
Product Marketing & Launches Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches and collaborations
Develop positioning frameworks, messaging strategies, and launch checklists
Coordinate launch readiness with Operations and Compliance teams, particularly around packaging and regulatory requirements
Data, Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and sales lift across marketing programs
Monitor retailer participation and the effectiveness of promotional initiatives
Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
Budget & Vendor Management Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels and campaigns
Coordinate external partners, including vendors, influencers, event partners, and agencies
Ensure marketing investments align with ROI expectations and performance goals
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Build a marketing calendar aligned with product drops, promotions, and retail priorities
Launch standardized campaign playbooks for product launches and promotional programs
Implement retailer marketing toolkits and onboarding assets for new retail accounts
Establish campaign performance tracking including ROI, retailer engagement, and content output
Improve cross-functional workflows with Sales, Creative, and Compliance teams

Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A proactive communicator who ensures projects stay aligned and on schedule
Requirements 4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing
Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands
Strong project management and campaign coordination skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while collaborating across departments
Nice to Have Experience working in regulated industries such as cannabis, alcohol, supplements, or nicotine
Experience supporting retail and trade marketing programs
Background working with product launches or SKU-based consumer brands
Compensation & Work Setup Location: Remote (LATAM)
Compensation: $2,500 – $3,000 USD per month
