About the Company
Our client is a California-based cannabis company dedicated to cultivating exceptional experiences through premium flower, innovative products, and a strong commitment to community.
The company is an iconic, self-funded legacy brand that introduced California’s first 100% Liquid Live Resin cartridge to the market in 2017. It focuses on producing consistent, natural, and true full-spectrum oil products that consumers can trust.
Operating in a highly competitive and regulated market, the company prioritizes product quality, brand authenticity, and strong relationships with retailers and consumers.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Creative Director to lead and own the brand’s visual and creative output across all touchpoints, including packaging, retail, and trade marketing, digital content, video, events, and internal assets.
This role will define and evolve the brand’s creative direction while building scalable systems that enable fast, high-quality creative production. The Creative Director will work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure the brand remains visually consistent, compliant with regulations, and creatively differentiated in the market.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic brand thinker and a hands-on creative leader who can balance high creative standards with the operational speed required in a fast-moving consumer brand.
