The Ideal Candidate
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Marketing Manager – North America to lead regional marketing execution across the U.S. and Canada.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for the food/FMCG industry and brings experience in brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing, and e-commerce. You are both strategic and hands-on, comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment, and able to adapt global brand strategies to local market needs. You enjoy cross-functional collaboration, customer interaction, and occasional travel.
Qualifications Your Skills and Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG, food, retail, or food importing
Experience in brand, trade, and digital marketing, including e-commerce (Amazon/Shopify)
Familiarity with the North American food retail landscape is desirable but not required
Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency at a minimum working level is highly desirable
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
The Role and Responsibilities The Marketing Manager – North America will execute marketing strategies aligned with the client's global brand guidelines and support sales growth across retail, foodservice, and e-commerce channels.
You will:
Execute integrated marketing and brand campaigns by channel
Manage social media presence and digital marketing performance (Meta, Google, Amazon)
Lead trade marketing initiatives, including promotions, POP, and planograms
Support Sales with presentations, tools, and customer meetings
Manage Amazon performance (A+ content, listings, promotions, reviews)
Coordinate agencies, vendors, trade shows, and events
Oversee product labeling, packaging, and private label projects
Analyze market trends, competition, and SKU performance
Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and reporting
