Business Developer: Commercial Maintenance (Landscape) Focus:

New business development for commercial landscape maintenance Primary Objective:

Drive growth by securing new commercial maintenance contracts and expanding the client base in the local market. Core Focus of the Role Commercial Maintenance First: Role is heavily focused on commercial maintenance business development New Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and win new commercial accounts (e.g., office parks, HOAs, industrial, retail, campuses). Key Responsibilities (as implied from the call/context) Actively prospect and network in the local market to uncover commercial maintenance opportunities. Conduct initial meetings/site visits with prospective clients to understand needs and current service issues. Work with leadership/operations to scope, price, and propose commercial maintenance contracts. Present and close deals for maintenance contracts, then coordinate a clean handoff to operations/account management. Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s service offerings in commercial maintenance and represent them clearly to prospects.
