Position Description

IT Service Desk Analyst

Summary

The Information Technology End User Specialist will focus on being the in-person subject matter expert for end-user client application support and end user IT device (laptop, iPhone, iPad) support. The position will be a team member that provides support to end users, manages hardware inventory and develop\maintain business technology processes

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Focus on the end user's technology experience and technical service needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve tickets using desk side, e-mail and telephone response relating to: installing, testing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting customer workstation hardware, software, printers and Apple mobile devices.
  • User administration in Active Directory, MS365, Adobe Admin Console, Zoom and other various systems.
  • Subject matter expert for the end user applications used by the various groups within Corval Group.
  • Primary team member for deploying laptops, PC's, iPhones and iPads.
  • Assist the team responding to emergency outages.
  • Assist the Systems Administrator, Network\Security Administrator with infrastructure related projects and image building.
  • Provide timely reports of activities to management via service tickets.
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, procedures & manuals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements

Experience, Education & Skills
  • Associate's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 10 plus years of experience supporting end users in a MS Windows environment.
  • 5 plus years of experience supporting iPhones and iPads, preferably using Meraki SM.
  • Experience supporting Windows based laptops\PCs with MS Intune and Manage Engine (MEEC) for remote access and patching.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Office environment - extensive sitting at desk and computer; some standing, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching required; ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed for system upgrades, maintenance or repair.
  • Ability to work onsite at St. Paul, MN office 7:00am-4:00pm
