The Role and Deliverables

• Turn TikTok Shop into a core revenue driver by building and optimising performance focused activity.
• Build and scale affiliate programs that deliver measurable, incremental sales.
• Activate creators and partners as performance channels, not just for reach or awareness.
• Own conversion outcomes from TikTok and affiliate activity, focusing on sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with the wider performance team to continually test, learn and scale winning approaches.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience using TikTok Shop as a performance and revenue channel.
• Proven background in building and scaling affiliate marketing programs.
• Demonstrable success working with creators or influencers as performance partners.
• Deep focus on conversion and commercial outcomes rather than vanity metrics or engagement alone.
• Comfortable operating in a fast moving environment with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
