Join a dynamic healthcare marketing team in the Midwest region as an Associate Graphic Designer and Communications Coordinator. This role focuses on creating and executing compelling digital and print marketing materials with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
General Summary
As a key member of the marketing department, you will collaborate closely with writers and various healthcare departments to transform messaging into visually engaging concepts. Your responsibilities include designing ads, brochures, flyers, social graphics, presentations, signage, and rack cards, while maintaining brand standards across all platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement graphic design projects for both digital and print media.
- Work alongside the marketing team and digital media specialists to support campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, adhering to proper specifications and formats.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while preserving design integrity.
- Capture and edit photography for marketing and communication purposes.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to healthcare marketing.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experience
At least two years of professional graphic design experience is necessary, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience in photography and video production is a plus but not mandatory.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, excellent organization, and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Physical ability to work in an office environment, including manual dexterity for computer use and the capacity to lift materials up to 15 pounds.
- Mental stamina to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and handle stressful situations.
- Some travel may be required.
Working Conditions
