General Summary

The Graphic Design/Communications Coordinator is responsible for designing and developing marketing materials that maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to translate messaging into engaging visual concepts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital and graphic design projects across print and digital platforms, including ads, brochures, flyers, social graphics, presentations, signage, and rack cards.
  • Collaborate with writers and various departments to ensure messaging is visually compelling and consistent.
  • Maintain brand standards to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper specifications and formats.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives with creative assets.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while preserving design integrity.
  • Capture and edit photography for use in marketing and communication materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to healthcare marketing.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Experience

At least two years of experience in graphic design, with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience in photography and video is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Physical ability to operate a computer keyboard, read fine print, and occasionally lift materials up to 15 pounds.
  • Mental stamina for problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, and handling stressful situations.
  • Some travel may be required.

Working Conditions

Work primarily in a standard office environment with occasional movement throughout healthcare facilities and collaboration with community partners and vendors.
